The project is located on the red sea shore , 27km away from el Qusair city. The plot land area is 316,160 m2 - 78 Feddan. The project is characterized by its view overlooking the red sea on almost
1000 m long. 
The site is divided into 3 buildings accommodating 150 rooms in addition to the main building where one can find a reception, restaurants, and hotel services and an empty land next to the hotel where a diving center exists and a marina inside the sea and two other small buildings.
