Rofayda Health Park is a medical campus, located at Sheikh Zayed, 6 October City, Egypt. The land area is 15,000 square meters with a total built up area 43,000 square meters. It consists of 2 buildings: Clinics building and a semi-attached building including Dar El-Oyoun & Maternity.

The Project is an extension to the existing hospital and consists of:
- Two (2) basement floors each with a built up area of 3,300 square meters.
- Ground + Four floors each with a built up area of 1,000 square meters.
- The Project Total Built-Up Area is 11,600 square meters.
